Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D required.
• Two years’ experience in a social or public service environment with experience assisting the public.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Angel Tree Table at area Angel Tree sites in malls and shopping centers.
• Create and maintain files on individuals or groups who have selected angel tags.
• Collect returning gifts and ensure correct angel tags are attached.
• Provide Corps officers with regular updates on status and needs.
• In consultation with the Corps Officer, create and prepare marketing materials and filing systems.
• Develop and maintain a record-keeping system to retain contact information and angel tag numbers; ensure data is organized and accessible by staff.
