Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of custodial/maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Level I custodial tasks: floors, restrooms, windows, and trash removal.
• Setup/breakdown of meetings; secure buildings.
• Maintain custodial equipment and supply room; respond to maintenance requests.
• Level III responsibilities: supervise others, restock supplies, and coordinate with other custodians.
