Job summary

IDS Inland Deicing Services, LLC is hiring an Aircraft Deicer - 2026 at Westchester County Airport, White Plains, NY. This part-time seasonal and on-call role pays $21.00/hr.

You will inspect aircraft for ice, apply deicing fluid, and follow all safety procedures. Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid US driver’s license, pass a background check, and read/write English. IDS provides training and a pathway for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid US Driver’s license.
• Background check required for this location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read/write/understand English.
• Shift availability: 3+ shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft for ice and remaining contamination after deicing.
• Spray deicing fluid to aircraft following procedures.
• Operate deicing trucks and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete logs and paperwork; report maintenance issues as needed.
