Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Support Colleague (SASC) to assist the GM and Customer Experience, delivering high-touch organization and communication for store initiatives and HR programs.

You will engage with customers and colleagues, support store admin functions, cash office tasks, and aid in candidate recruitment and onboarding. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager (GM) and Customer Experience.
• Provide exceptional customer experience in-store and online.
• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Floor presence to support store operations as needed.
• Assist with store administrative functions and cash office tasks.
• Support sourcing and onboarding of applicants; assist with HR initiatives.
