Job summary

Bloomingdale's seeks a Seasonal Administrative Support Colleague in New York to assist the General Manager and enhance the colleague/customer experience. You will handle store administrative tasks and help implement People Strategy initiatives, while delivering high-touch service to customers.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, and day-to-day operations, with flexibility to work retail hours and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supports the General Manager (GM) and the Customer Experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing in-store and online customers.
• Respond and address customer concerns quickly.
• Floor presence to support store operations.
• Supports Store Administrative Functions.
• Support Cash Office functions.
• Assist GM and ASCs as needed.
• Supports the People Strategy.
• Assists sourcing applicants via online resources and in-store referrals.
• Oversees candidate management: recruiting, hiring, onboarding.
• Maintains documents via Imaging Documenting System and in-store hires.
