Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and prioritization.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team collaboration.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement in-store and at events or promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value.
• Meet and strive to beat store objectives related to sales and efficiency.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; identify issues as they arise.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs when required.
