Down the Chimney and Winter Pie Shop are seeking a Season Manager for the 2026 holiday market at Bryant Park, NYC. This full-time seasonal role runs Oct 24, 2026 to Jan 4, 2027, overseeing two shops and leading a small team through the busiest period of the year.

The ideal candidate has food service and leadership experience, can obtain required certifications, and is available to work weekends and holidays. Salary is $25 hourly, with a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service and team leadership.
• Food Handler's Certificate required (can be obtained before start date).
• FDNY F-04 Certificate of Fitness for Fire Guard for Places of Assembly (can be obtained before start date).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Comfortable working on your feet in Bryant Park shop setup.

We're looking for someone to oversee operations for both of our shops at Bryant Park's holiday market this year. This is a full-time seasonal role for the duration of the market: October 24, 2026 through January 4, 2027.. .

• Oversee day-to-day operations across both shops: team management, training and onboarding new staff, scheduling, stock, and food and service quality..
• Support and lead a small team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment..
• Maintain a high work standard while maximizing production and sales..
