An individual who will assist in maintaining the safety and well-being of others under the guidance of the Head Life Guard. Will also assist in administering swim instructions under the supervision of WSI staff. Job environment may be beach, pond, or lake. Set up and clean beach site and bath house.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ARC Lifeguard Training
• Professional Rescuer CPR
• Waterfront Lifeguard Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Maintains own good physical condition
• Complete morning drills
• Good vision and auditory skills
• Run, swim, paddle

Employment Period: Mid-June through Labor Day.

Compensation: $17.00 hourly, no benefits.
