Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old or 16 with lifeguard aide experience.

Job description

An individual at least 17 years of age (or 16 with one year of experience as a lifeguard aide), who assists in maintaining the safety and well-being of others.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. American Red Cross LGT
2. Waterfront Lifeguard Certification
3. Professional Rescuer CPR

Additional Qualifications:

Certification as above, and Division policy and Procedures set forth by the manual.

Hours:

9am-5pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day, including weekends.

Compensation:

$19.00 hourly, no benefits.
