Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SEO experience with direct ownership of organic acquisition targets.
  • Proven success improving rankings for competitive commercial and transactional keywords.
  • Experience building and scaling programmatic SEO, content platforms, or large-scale landing page ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, taxonomy design, site architecture, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive organic customer acquisition growth through SEO and AEO initiatives.
  • Build and execute a scalable SEO strategy focused on transactional and commercial search opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword, prompt, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop programmatic, editorial, and templated landing page strategies at scale.
  • Partner with engineering teams on site architecture, taxonomy, URL structure, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor search rankings, answer engine visibility, traffic performance, and acquisition outcomes.
  • Create forecasts, dashboards, and executive-level reporting on organic growth initiatives.
  • Manage off-page SEO efforts including link acquisition, affiliate relationships, and digital PR partnerships.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, workflow efficiency, analytics, and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, content, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Manager to lead organic acquisition initiatives focused on high-intent customer segments. This role will own the end-to-end strategy for search engine optimization and answer engine optimization, driving customer growth through scalable content experiences, technical SEO initiatives, and AI-driven search visibility. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, content, and marketing teams to build and execute a roadmap that delivers measurable acquisition results.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search ecosystems.
  • Background working on large-scale consumer websites, marketplaces, or content-driven platforms.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, digital PR, and link-building programs.
  • Familiarity with answer engine visibility tools such as Profound or similar platforms.
