Job summary

AMN Healthcare in the United States seeks a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians and APPs nationwide. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, support decision-making, and enhance business outcomes while adhering to company policies and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment for physician and APP opportunities.
• Build and maintain pipelines via sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and location preferences.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide the hiring process.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, residents, fellows, and APPs to generate future placements and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and healthcare organizations.
• Negotiate compensation packages, employment agreements, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within CRM/ATS systems.
• Consistently achieve recruiting, placement, and activity goals in a metrics-driven environment.
• Partner with internal operations and credentialing teams to ensure a seamless placement process.
• Remain informed on physician workforce trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Summary

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in permanent healthcare opportunities nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate is a driven recruiter with strong sales instincts and a passion for connecting providers with career opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
