Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategies and deliver on key product goals, including the adoption of new AI features, user engagement metrics, and subscription products.
• Lead the design and delivery of the Search Growth Platform's next-generation AI engine to optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers while guiding their career development.
• Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence to solve complex technical problems.
• Build user-facing features and foundational infrastructure for user engagement with a focus on rapid experimentation.
