Rolls should be run in numerical order by run number* Develop a working mechanical knowledge of sewing machine and make minor repairs and adjustments* Monitor carpet as it enters J pan to look for potential quality problems* Enter notes in AS/400 when quality problems occur* Record length and width on roll log* Maintain good housekeeping* Comply with safety rules* Comply with environmental regulations* Be aware of departmental material safety data sheets (MSDS)* Ensure ISO procedures are followed.* Understand and support Interface commitment to sustainability.* Perform other duties as assigned**Physical demands:*** Standing for 8-10 hour shifts* Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly**Work environment:*** Non-climate controlled factory environment
