Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet license requirements for powered material handling equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull rolls of carpet from warehouse and stage at sew-on area.
• Verify roll tickets and run numbers against production schedule.
• Notify supervisor when rolls cannot be located.
• Sew rolls of carpet together in numerical order.
• Monitor carpet as it enters J pan for quality issues.
• Enter notes in AS/400 when quality problems occur.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety rules.
• Follow ISO procedures and environmental regulations; support sustainability commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
