Job summary

Building Ventures in Sacramento, CA is seeking an entry-level Lead Site Technician in Training. You will work under supervision to support sealing operations, site prep, documentation, and equipment care, with a structured training period of up to 6 months or 200 completed seals.

You will learn established procedures, gain hands-on experience, and build professional habits to progress to a full Lead Site Technician role in a field-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license; must be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment; must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites for sealing services, including taping around openings as required.
• Learn and apply sealing techniques under supervision toward independent execution.
• Participate in final quality inspections to understand accuracy standards.
• Review site specifications and sealing requirements before each job.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment for each job site.
• Aim to become trained and certified in AeroBarrier systems.
• Remain under supervision for at least 6 months or 400 seals before progression.
