Job summary

Finley Asphalt & Concrete in Manassas, VA is seeking a Sealcoat Crew Laborer to support asphalt maintenance and sealcoating operations. This hands-on, outdoor role involves surface preparation, applying sealcoat, operating basic equipment, and helping the crew complete projects safely and efficiently.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and coordinate with the foreman and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous sealcoat or asphalt maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, blowing, edging and removing debris.
• Apply sealcoat material to driveways, parking lots and roadways.
• Set up cones, barricades and signage for safe work zones.
• Maintain tools and equipment; assist with clean-up at shift end.
• Assist with crack filling, line striping, and related tasks as needed.
