Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Projects annual sales and expenses and prepares operating budget.
• Manages ordering and inventory to improve profit margin.
• Maintains positive vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
