Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers according to company standards.
• Unload deliveries of seafood, verify invoices and weights.
• Clean, cut and filet fish.
• Weigh, wrap, code and price fish, shrimp, etc.
• Display product to high presentation standards to maintain brand.
• Maintain knowledge of all products in the department.
• Set up and break down seafood cases, stock freezer, rotate products according to standards.
• Observe all state health regulations and safe food handling procedures.
