• Ensure proper product rotation, conditioning, replenishment and cleaning of the seafood area.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service and assist customers in selecting products.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and health codes in line with federal and state requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and keep store image as a service‑oriented operation.
