Qualifications

• Ability to train staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive atmosphere and friendly customer service in the department.
• Sets department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates department staff.
• Determines weekly work schedules and daily plans for the department.
• Inspects signage and displays; orders product for replenishment.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and professionally.
