Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders using suggestive selling.
• Input orders into POS system.
• Open wine bottles at table.
• Serve all courses and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of station and service areas.
• Acknowledge guests and respond promptly to needs.
• Process payments per restaurant standards.
