Water Grill in Southern California is seeking seasoned bartenders for part-time and full-time roles. You will be paid $17.75/hour plus tips, with a focus on consistent, high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• 5 years' experience as a restaurant bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Current CA Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and beverage orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Input orders into POS system; document when POS is down.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at bar and service areas.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and prepare coffee to standards.
• Present checks and handle payments per policies.
