Job summary

Euro USA, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Receiver who will accurately receive seafood products to maintain inventory integrity.

You will inspect incoming trucks, unload goods, identify items, and move stock to the seafood cooler while rotating stock using FIFO. The role requires basic computer skills, forklift and reach truck experience, and the ability to read POs, match items, and operate barcode handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming trucks per SOP.

• Receive product into the Target System.
• Maintain HACCP standards.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and PPE compliance.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with teammates and supervisors.

Position Summary

The Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving seafood products in order to maintain the integrity of inventory levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming trucks in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Print required reports, license plates/receiving labels
• Unload truck and inspect the condition of goods received
• Accurately identify and receive incoming product
• Move product to seafood cooler, properly rotate inventory – First In, First Out (FIFO)
• Properly receive product into the Target System
• Maintain HAACP standards
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors and managers
• Maintain safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary for the job
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintain clean shipping supply area; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements
