The role involves auditing products and raw materials, reviewing ingredients for allergen checks, and maintaining HACCP-related documents and procedures with cross-functional teams daily. Strong organizational skills and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• QA background in meat/food products preferred.
• Experience with HACCP and GMPs.
• Ability to verify documentation and SOPs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Audit products for quality and safety before shipment.
• Audit incoming materials against supplier specs and food safety.
• Review ingredients for allergen checks and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and plant sanitation.
• Prepare HACCP and audit documents; review HACCP papers.
