Sign-on bonus: $500.00

Shift: 4PM - 1AM, Sunday through Thursday

Job Title

Experienced Tuna Cutter and Fish Cutter

Position Summary

As a key member of our team, the Production Cutter prepares specialty cuts of meat efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Select products based on pick tickets and prepare for production
• Cut products to meet specifications
• Transport finished products to packaging lines using carts
• Weigh products to ensure compliance with standards
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle products properly and report damages immediately
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (HACCP, OSHA, GMP)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
