Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of recent food processing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare seafood for final delivery.
• Inspect seafood to categorize by size, quality, and species.
• Remove scales, guts, heads, and fins using knives.
• Weigh, label, and package seafood for storage and sale.
• Monitor seafood for quality issues and report defects.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Apply FIFO for preparing, storing, and rotating products.
• Load and unload product after receiving.
