Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a production operator to monitor and control processing lines, ensuring quality and accurate data recording. You will work on 1st or 2nd shifts (3:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–3:00 AM) and perform setup, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks.

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures is required. You will follow environmental and safety policies, assist with equipment changeovers, and cooperate with leads and maintenance staff to keep

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in seafood industry or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret measurements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor belt conditions and transition points to ensure smooth operation.
• Set up bags and load batter and breading machines; remove outer bags before dumping.
• Sanitize equipment and assist with changeovers following lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely to reduce accidents.
• Maintain daily equipment inspection and report repair needs to supervisor.
• Comply with applicable laws and safety policies (OSHA, HACCP, etc.).
• Troubleshoot problems and adjust processes as needed.
