Job summary

El Rancho Supermercado is hiring a Seafood Clerk to prepare fish and seafood for sale by cutting, cleaning, and trimming. You will ensure cleanliness, proper labeling, and rotation of products, while supporting daily operations in a busy retail seafood department.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably experience in meat/seafood. Bilingual English/Spanish is valued to assist a diverse customer base and team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in meat/seafood dept is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintains area clean; fish tanks full and free of sleeper.
• Ensures products are properly signed and rotated.
• Certifies products received throughout the day.
• Keeps dishes and utensils clean; performs other duties as assigned.
