Job summary

Mambo Seafood is opening a new Pearland location and seeks enthusiastic team members to grow their careers while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Cutter will cut, peel, clean and prepare raw seafood and maintain the seafood display in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read and write simple English.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional, welcoming attitude at work.
• Practices Company food quality principles.
• Complies with food safety standards and regulations.
• Cuts, peels, cleans and prepares raw seafood.
• Maintains raw seafood display per company guidelines.
• Follows the production chart to meet daily seafood prep and display goals.
• Properly stores and rotates seafood products.
• Maintains proper temperature for raw seafood products.
• Sets up and sanitizes cutting area.
• Maintains cleanliness of coolers, freezers, and seafood display.
• Assists kitchen and performs additional duties as needed.
