Job summary

Mambo Seafood Restaurants is opening a new Pearland location and seeks energetic team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. The Busser helps maintain cleanliness of dining and outdoor areas, supports service stations, and assists colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

We foster a fast-paced, high-volume environment with opportunities for growth and development. Must be 17+, English proficient, and hold a Food Handler Certificate; Spanish is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must have a Food Handler Certificate.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to speak, write and read simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Practices the Company service principles.
• Sets up and/or breaks down beverage station and condiment area.
• Sorts dishes, glasses, and silverware.
• Assists cashier and bartenders in restocking their areas.
• Cleans and maintains bathrooms, cleans windows and takes garbage out when needed.
• Cleans floor areas inside and outside the restaurant, including parking lot, walkways, and patios.
• Cleans tables, chairs, high chairs, and booster seats before, after and throughout shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
