Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Readily service customer orders, weigh and price products.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Cuts filets, chunks, and cubes per company standards.
• Wrap, label, and display seafood products per company standards.
• Stock and rotate seafood items, maintaining freshness and quality.
• Prep sushi if working at the sushi counter.
• Displays merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Keeps seafood chill organized and clean; completes related tasks as assigned.
