Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• No experience required, but 1–2 years in similar environments is preferred.
• CA Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain one is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and operate knives and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, packing, and cleaning fish.
• Ensuring seafood is stocked, rotated, and merchandised.
• Weighing, labeling, and pricing per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work area.
• Operate equipment (pallet jack, scissor lift, etc.).
