Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Meat/Seafood department supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will manage scheduling, train associates, and ensure accurate product handling and customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include implementing promotions, maintaining inventory, and complying with health regulations while fostering a respectful team culture and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Meat/Seafood department functions and activities.
• Support day-to-day Meat/Seafood operations and scheduling.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance reviews.
• Adhere to all laws, guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Prepare seafood to customer specifications using proper equipment.
• Inform customers about specials and assist with promotions.
• Monitor inventory, prices, and promotional signage.
• Ensure proper temperatures and food safety compliance.
