Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience, preferably seafood.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, meeting high-quality standards.
