Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Meat/Seafood department.
• Support day-to-day functions of the Meat/Seafood operations.
• Create and execute sales promotions in partnership with store management.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the inventory process.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers and update temperature logs.
• Inform customers of meat/seafood specials and offer product samples.
