Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related or food service-related field desirable.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Schedules all Seafood associates and oversees training and performance reviews.
• Develops localized merchandising plans and displays to drive sales.
• Maintains records of inventories and inspects seafood products for quality and quantity.
• Controls department expenses and labor costs while ensuring product freshness and proper rotation.
