Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Henderson, NV is seeking a Seafood Team Member to assist with counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will help maintain a fresh display, assist with sampling programs, and ensure food safety standards are followed.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience not required; training is provided, and you will join a team committed to Whole

Qualifications

Ability to sell proactively.
Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
Proactively reads labels and familiarizes oneself on various products.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards.
Understand WFM quality goals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Keeps displays fresh and appealing by stocking, rotating stock and removing outdated products.
Maintains signage and pricing accuracy.
Cleans cases, floors, signs, and equipment.
Provides excellent customer service and suggests products.
Assists with sampling program and inventory checks.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
