Responsabilités

• Ensure fresh, appealing display; keep cases clean and stocked.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Keep back stock organized and accessible.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with sampling program, keeping areas full and tidy.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, and floors.
• Prepare fish as needed and label/cook/smoke products.
• Support periodic inventory checks and audits.
• Be punctual, groomed, and ready for shifts; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
