Job summary

El Super is hiring a Fish Clerk for store #15 in Inglewood, CA. Under the supervision of the Meat Manager, you will set up and maintain seafood displays, assist customers, and ensure clean, well-stocked cases to provide great service.

The role requires lifting up to 50–60 pounds, standing for long periods, and a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification. The position is part of the El Super Store Operations Team with opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of the Meat Manager, the Fish Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Assists the customers, sets up, maintains and cleans the seafood display cases. Cleans, fills and rotates the seafood displays.
