You will help fulfill seafood orders accurately and maintain sanitation per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of customer special orders (e.g., shrimp platters).
• Operate seafood department equipment (weight scales, ovens, cleaning utensils).
• Learn to set ice display to corporate standards and promote sales via sampling and PA announcements.
