Job summary

El Super is hiring a Seafood Clerk for the #10 Tucson store. The role involves friendly customer service, maintaining seafood displays, and ensuring cleanliness and rotation of products. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service to customers.
• Set up, maintain and clean the seafood display cases.
• Rotate seafood displays and ensure freshness and visibility.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
