Job summary

Stauffers of Kissel Hill, Rohrerstown Road Fresh Foods in Lancaster, is hiring for a full-time Seafood Associate. You will maintain perishable seafood items, prepare and merchandize products for display, and ensure ready-to-eat and heat-and-eat options meet quality standards.

Day shifts run 6:30am to 4pm, with weekend flexibility. You'll read and follow recipes, manage weights and measurements, rotate stock, and keep the department clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience handling perishable seafood and proper temperature control.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and display guidelines.
• Capability to rotate stock and monitor freshness.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintains perishable Seafood according to proper handling instructions.
• Prepares, packages & merchandises seafood items for display and ready-to-eat meals.
• Rotates product to ensure fresh displays and proper inventory levels.
• Reads and follows recipes, and measures ingredients as required.
• Cleans department area and maintains organized displays and supplies.
