Job summary

La Frontera Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Coach in Wilcox, AZ to support adults, children, and families by developing and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.

The role requires a background in behavioral health and a commitment to the recovery model, with a focus on community-based support. Qualified applicants may have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field or an Associate’s with relevant experience; a valid AZ driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

SUMMARY:

Demonstrated competency in Managed Care systems and provider networks.

Demonstrated competency in the adult recovery model (for working with adults).

Demonstrated competency in the philosophy of behavioral health programs.

Experience or education in child development preferred for positions serving children

Demonstrated competency in case management roles and responsibilities.

Demonstrated competency in case management procedures and allocation of resources.

Demonstrated competency in the characteristics of behavioral health issues and levels of severity.

Other Requirements

Reliable transportation, Valid AZ driver’s license, automobile insurance, and good driving record.

Proof of physical exam and annual proof of TB skin Test.

Fingerprint Clearance - If working with children (clients under 18) or work in or on a premises where children’s services are rendered.
