Kimberly-Clark seeks a SEA FP&A and Strategy Lead to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the SEA region. You will partner with senior leaders, providing insights, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives and growth.

The role includes ownership of white spaces and collaboration with SEA MD and SEA CFO to develop long-term strategic plans, working with marketing, sales, and supply chain to translate plans into action.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.

SEA FP&A and Strategy Lead

In this role, you will:


Position Summary


  • FP&A plays a critical leadership role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the SEA region. This role partners closely with senior business leaders including SEA Managing Director and SEA CFO to provide financial insights, planning, forecasting, and analysis that support the achievement of business objectives. This role includes close interaction with the EM team, to improve processes and tools. The role also suggests working closely with countries CFO’s and General Managers across the whole SEA to ensure correct forecasting, deep analytics of the situation in each cluster. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and business acumen.


  • Additional responsibility - ownership of White Spaces (Thailand, Cambodia, other countries with growth potential) financial forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to consistently deliver top line growth, margin improvement, OP growth and free cash flow improvement. Partner SEA MD and SEA CFO with development of long-term strategic business plans for White spaces to support enterprise markets growth strategy.

Qualifications
