Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an HR Operations professional to execute time-sensitive HR transactions and support global HR processes at our on-site manufacturing facility. You will act as a subject matter expert, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of HR services.

You will collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and HR service providers while maintaining documentation and meeting SLAs. This role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR service delivery, or a comparable role involving hands-on HR transactions.
  • Ability to execute accurate, time-sensitive HR transactions and manage cases against agreed turnaround times and SLAs.
  • Experience with an HRIS or comparable enterprise system to complete HR business processes.
  • Availability to work on site at the manufacturing facility.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute time-sensitive HR transactions in Workday and UKG, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR teams, employees, and managers on Workday business processes, offering navigational support, education, and promoting self-service when possible.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Collaborate with other global HR partners to address risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain updated process documentation in accordance with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Drive process standardization across North America in alignment with the HR Operating Model.
  • Monitor HR operational metrics, ensuring compliance with SLAs and process efficiency targets.
  • Partner with local Talent Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategy.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as Benefits, Payroll, and HR service providers.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Legal Department and HR Operations team members to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

In this role you will:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands‑on Workday transactional experience, including initiating, progressing, or completing HR business processes
  • Experience using UKG, particularly for time and attendance activities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another HR case-management platform
  • Previous experience supporting a manufacturing site or frontline workforce.
  • Exposure to benefits, payroll, or time-and-attendance processes, including coordination with external service providers. Benefits experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, business units, or leaders with differing priorities.
