Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in automotive industry with vehicle software or digital application development.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and system architecture across distributed domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with system engineering tools and automotive standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing, structuring, and maintaining system-level requirements across multiple domains (infotainment, AD/ADAS, digital services), ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with product strategy.
• Serving as the primary coordinator between product planning, system design, and software development, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring shared understanding of requirements and system architecture.
• Owning process governance for requirements documentation, quality standards, and workflow improvements.
• Validating system outputs against original intent before market deployment, supporting verification, validation, and risk mitigation.
• Supporting product releases by ensuring requirements are complete, validated, and aligned with delivery and post-launch activities.
