Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Software Defined Vehicle Go-to-Market Senior Manager/Associate Director in Austin. You will shape SDV solution architectures, support complex sales pursuits, and lead delivery execution across SDV engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or industry roles across automotive, mobility, or complex product environments.
• 8+ years of experience in solution shaping and delivery leadership, including participation in large, complex sales pursuits and ownership of delivery outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or mobility ecosystem players, either as a consultant or in industry.
• Strong domain knowledge in SDV and digital engineering, including Embedded software and vehicle platforms, E/E or zonal architectures, OTA and software lifecycle management, Cloud-native and edge architectures.

Responsibilities

• Shape SDV solution architectures and delivery models for client pursuits.
• Act as solution and delivery lead for SDV engagements, overseeing multiple workstreams.
• Translate client objectives into end-to-end SDV solutions spanning software platforms, embedded systems, cloud, data and AI.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Advise client stakeholders across engineering, software, IT and digital leaders.
