Sheetz is seeking a Human Resources professional to support the SDS HR Department and senior leaders. You will advise on employee relations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and culture, ensuring policy compliance across jurisdictions.
The role involves guiding managers and employees and driving HR initiatives. You’ll coordinate investigations, deliver training, and cultivate collaborative relationships with staff.
This position offers a base salary range of $61,843 - $108,497 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Provide direct support to the SDS HR Department, Production Managers, Department Managers, Team Leads and employees regarding all areas of Human Resources, including, but not limited to, employee relations, leave administration, workers compensation and culture. Provide guidance to managers and employees through interpreting policies and administering procedures in compliance with all federal, state and local guidelines and company policies.
1. Respond to Production and Department Managers, Team Leads, employees and applicants regarding a broad range of human resources and employee relations issues on a daily basis.
2. Provide guidance, education and training/development to Production and Department Managers and Team Leads regarding human resources issues, including employee relations and talent acquisition, to ensure fairness and consistency.
3. Collaborate with the SDS HR Business Partner and the Manager of HR Business Partners to lead and execute special projects as assigned.
4. Coordinate and conduct employee relations investigations in conjunction with SDS Leadership, including approval and/or execution of disciplinary action up to and including termination in accordance with company policy.
5. In conjunction with Workforce Development, evaluate, develop and conduct training materials for employees and managers related to human resources topics. Serve as a trainer/presenter at various company orientations, trainings and events.
6. Develop positive, collaborative and effective working relationships with all Sheetz employees.
7. Ensure policies and procedures are developed and administered in accordance with federal, state, local and employment laws; collaborate with Sheetz, Inc. Legal Department, as applicable.
8. Support and organize SDS events including but not limited to: Sheetz for the Kidz, Easter events, employee events, etc.
