Position overview: As an SDR/Sales & Research Assistant, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential leads. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, researching industry trends, crafting personalized outreach messages, and initiating contact via emails and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to identify collaboration opportunities.

Note: This role is specifically for candidates based in the USA due to our company's timezone, work schedule, and team collaboration. Resumes must be in English. Applications with non-English resumes will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Research: Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to identify potential clients within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  2. Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct cold emails, send personalized emails, and leverage LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
  3. Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential pain points of target companies. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights that can improve positioning and messaging.
  4. Copywriting & Personalization: Write compelling and tailored messaging that highlights our services and how they align with the prospect’s needs. Be comfortable with LLM apps (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), which will be leveraged daily.
  5. CRM Management & Optimization: Track outreach efforts, log interactions, and maintain accurate records of lead activity using HubSpot. Ensure accurate and updated CRM records, tagging prospects for better lead nurturing.
  6. Opportunity Identification: Recognize and surface collaboration opportunities that align with our service offerings.
  7. Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  8. Data Enrichment & Segmentation: Enhance prospect lists by categorizing leads based on industry, company size, and needs.
Requirements:
  1. 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  2. Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or similar tools).
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to research, analyze, and distill key information about prospects.
  5. Comfortable making cold emails and engaging with potential clients.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or data-driven services.
  2. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or other CRMs.
  3. Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and best practices.

Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 USD
