We expect people to speak up, bring ideas, and take ownership of their work. We don’t micromanage. We trust each other to make good calls, take responsibility, and move fast when it counts. As SDR Sales Manager, you will lead Xe’s Sales Development team and be accountable for building and running a scalable, high-performing lead generation engine across SDR1 to SDR3. Success in this role is measured through your team: how quickly new starters ramp, how effectively SDRs identify and engage prospective customers, and how consistently their activity converts into high-quality qualified pipeline. Coaching and development sit at the heart of the role. You will run structured one-to-ones, live call coaching and skills development, own onboarding and enablement, and establish the activity and qualification standards that drive SDR performance and pipeline quality. You will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and GTM teams to strengthen targeting, lead flow, messaging, systems and conversion. Using data and funnel insights, you will identify opportunities to improve SDR effectiveness and continuously optimize how the team generates qualified opportunities. This is a hands‑on sales leadership role. You will lead from the front while building the processes, playbooks and talent bench needed to scale the SDR function alongside business growth.
Lead a scalable, high-performing SDR organization that consistently generates qualified pipeline by developing great sales talent, creating strong outbound and inbound prospecting and continuously improving conversion through coaching, data and experimentation.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where your contributions directly impact growth. We invest in our people with tools, mentorship, and opportunities to level up fast‑whether that’s moving into closing roles or leadership paths. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we go to market in the competitive payments space, using real insights and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of the curve.
